Track Your Shipment
Frequently Asked Questions
For both domestic and international tracking, a tracking number, often known as an ID, is a string of numbers and sometimes letters that uniquely identifies your package.
The tracking number or ID can typically be obtained from the shipper or online retailer. The tracking number or ID is frequently included in the shipment tracking notification or confirmation email that you receive after placing an online order. If not, do get in touch with your internet retailer or shipper.
After obtaining the Track and Trace ID, tracking events often manifest 24 to 48 hours later. Generally speaking, a tracking event will show up as soon as the shipment arrives at our location.
Please confirm that you typed the tracking number correctly and in the appropriate format:Verify that your input is at least five characters long and free of special characters. Semicolons, tabs, commas, and spaces are recognized as separating multiple tracking IDs. Eg. CASA059773444947-GH
Please get in touch with your shipper or online retailer if your tracking ID isn’t functioning.
If you do not have a tracking number, we urge you to contact our support team.
